Delivery time varies depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

After payment confirmation, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.

You will receive a tracking code to follow your delivery in real time.

During promotional periods or holidays, delivery times may be slightly altered.

You can request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, according to the Consumer Protection Code.

The product must be unused, with tags and original packaging.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us for analysis and support.

After the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
